Shipping Time
We ship items by air freight or sea freight.
Smaller sized items will be sent via air freight and are expected to be delivered within 15-20 days.
Larger sized items will be sent via sea freight and are expected to be delivered within 30-40 days. 
Except for force majeure (Includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, incidences of terrorism, war or riots, labor strikes, floods, earthquakes or extreme weather)

We apologize that Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered

The delivery delay of within 7 days of the estimated delivery date is considered within a reasonable timeframe and typically does not qualify for compensation. This is because unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause minor delays in shipping and logistics.

Slight Delay (e.g., 8 - 14 days): we would like to offer a partial refund of 5% (up to $20) of the product price as compensation. 

Moderate Delay (e.g., 22 - 35 days): We would like to offer a partial refund of 10% (up to $50) of the product price as compensation.

Significant Delay(e.g., more than 35 days): We would like to offer a partial refund of 15% (up to $100) of the product price as compensation.
